Description: The Porter Cable 7424 has revolutionized the way we detail our vehicles and quickly become the favorite tool of professional and weekend detailers alike. Unlike rotary buffers the random orbit of this buffer will not put your paint at risk. This extremely durable, dual action buffer will not burn or scratch your paint because of its oscillating motion and foam pads. The key to the Porter Cable 7424 being so effective is the even distribution of pressure and heat over the entire 6.5-inch pad. When doing a similar hand application you exert varying levels of pressure through just your fingertips. This buffer allows the product to break down and perform optimally. You can use the buffer with just about any detailing product such as abrasive polishes, non-abrasive polishes, glazes, sealants, waxes, etc. It only weighs 6lbs so it’s easy to operate and not tiring like hand applications can be. Save yourself time and effort and get more out of each detail with the Porter Cable 7424. The dramatic results from this buffer have made it a must have for anyone looking to make their vehicle look its best.

Pros: Easy on paint, easy to use
Cons: Takes much longer than rotary

This is a great RO polisher. It's very easy to use. Doesn't requires a lot of pressure. However, you have to be steady when using it. It takes at least twice as long using this polisher compared to rotary. However, it's very easy on paint as the G35 is notorious for the thin paint. I'd definitely recommend it for beginner and professional user as well :) Combines with Lake Country pads, it's great.
