Can anyone tell me where to connect ground wires and how many would be needed for a 6MT. I can get them made but would like to know where they go. Thanks

I would buy one of the kits. Much easier. I have seen people make thier own however usually the quality is not there. In addition you do not want to use speaker wire. It burns up after a year. I would recommend the Max Ground System from courtesyparts.com.

Max Ground System (6 wire) for 350Z / G35

Max Ground System (7 wire) for Automatic Transmission 350Z / G35

So you and I are in the same boat? The big question is, does the hub mount on the ground terminal?

Hey you guys, I got the stillen instructions in my email box. Just give me your email address and I can link them to you. :char27:

by the way, I hope you didnt buy a stillen kit for $130+ because I would be mad to receive 3 strips of 8 GA wire for that price.

so yeah, link me your email addies, and I'll forward the instructions to you

here;s the real question,

DOES ANYONE HAVE THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GORDEE's 10 wire 6MT kit?

I want to figure out what extra wires I need so I can put them together with the 4 GA wire I have here :-)

leMans350Z: are you saying that the other wires burn up from the engine heat? or from electrical conduction?

engine heat

engine heat

so some of the wire on this stillen kit that I bought used turned brown... its not really burning, up but just brown. Would the stereo wire just melt right through?

I had red wires and they turned brown and started fading then got burned in one or two spots (black).

Im trying to locate a copy of the Gordgee's 8 wire 6MT performance wiring kit instructions so I can find out where the wires connect to the ECU etc. Anyone have one at hand? you AT guys should REALLY consider getting this kit. I have heard that its a no brainer in the response time of the manumatic mode and the overall response of the AT. If you don't know what Im talking about, ask me and I'll give you a link.

once again, anyone have the gordgee instructions in hand? :icon42:
