I heard from Z1 today. Russel said that Saturday the 26th would be good for them. They have a grill to cook hamburgers on and will chip in for drinks or something. More details need to be made, such as the time, and dyno runs. Looks like it can be another all-dayer. Guess we can start spreading the word which will give us 2 months to promote.
Russel also invited us to their big 3 day event, the 300ZX Nationals, 2 weeks after the 26th, on the 8th, 9th, and 10th. See www.Z1MotorSports.com for details. Maybe since it is a 3 day event we can start a thread about that, and see what day would be better for a large group to show up all together.
He said it would be good if we could invite them to a meeting after we begin having them on Saturday nights. This way they can come out after work and keep their Sundays open for family, and personal things since they are busy 6 days a week with Z1.
