First, I would talk to the Service Manager. Then I would talk to the General Manager. If that doesn't do it, I would call Infinti Customer Care (the number should be in your paperwork). They are very good about taking care of their customers. And I wouldn't stop until they fixed it. And I would let them know that, too. That your not backing off until it's fixed. Show up everyday on their showroom if you have to. I know that's not realistic but I think you get the picture. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.
Are these scratches that can be polished out?

Man i TOTALLY feel you... i left my car in the shop for about 5 days and when i got it back (yesterday afternoon) I noticed a scratch just above the driverside rear window... I called Troncalli Infiniti (in Atlanta, GA) as soon as i found out and Nan (My service advisor) told me to bring it in on Monday... so I'll report back here as to what they did about it...

I just had mine in for the 7500 mi. service and to check out some odd things with my transmission and when I got home I noticed a scratch that starts at the front fender and goes all the way back to the rear tire.
The front fender is about 5-6 in. long and half down to the primer.
On the door, it's the whole length of the door, very faint and looks like it can definatly be buffed out.
In front of the rear tire, it's about 8 in. long, through the clear coat but not down to the primer.
When I called, the service person I spoke with, said that there was no damage on my car when i brought it in and told me to bring it back on Wednesday.
Hopfully I won't have any problems getting it fixed since she did check it out when I dropped it off.
has anyone elses damage been resolved?

When I take mine in for it's 7500 I'll walk around it with the service writer, just like they do at the car rental agencies.

You should never trust those bas tards. Do a walk around before and after you drop of your car. Better yet...just do every maintenance yourself. its definitely worth it.

amen to that and never EVER let them wash your car. I went in for my first oil change at Ray Catena they ended up washing the car. When I got it back I :eek5: saw a 2-3" scratch on the hood :machine:
