send it in to fix, they are fixing one i bought of CL for 74.99, 10% off normal cause i complained, thats shipping and all. Just make sure you know the name, address, phone, and email that it was originally registered under or you just havea paperweight

No mods to it, it was about 2 yrs old. I playe Oblivion on it (alot) and it would freeze up often, other I know have said the same thing about that game, between that and using it as a DVD player i'm sure it killed it.

well i talked to them on the phone last night to get mine registered in my name cause i bought it from a friend broke for a great deal with cables and 2 controllers. once i did that they explained that it have been in in March of 08 for the same problem I was describing and it would be 99.99 to repair, the standard rate, i complained and they said we will give you a 10% discount becuase its a repeat problem so I paid for it last night, the box to ship it to them in arrives tomorrow according to the tracking number, they need 3-4 weeks to repair and then two days back to me. My friend just sent his off and they had it for exactly 3 weeks on the day so its not that bad. I will keep updating when it goes out and gets back. I am sending my PS3 Friday as well so lets see whos faster, microsoft or sony.
