So this morning, I decided to take the G out since it's the holiday and all. I was driving pretty spiritedly to work (yes, work on Friday after Xmas). Before I realized it, I heard a loud "beep" in the car. Automatically, I braked and looked as I reached the top of the hill and saw a cop was using a laser gun on my car. By that time, I was doing ~85-90mph heading North on Peachtree Industrial blvd (the hwy section). I was only about 50ft from him then I slowed down to 60mph and turned off the laser jammer as I passed him by.

Blinder Xtreme Laser Jammer kit has saved me the trouble again. I know I was at fault, but the the cop was being sneaky, parked right on the other side of the hill where it's technically illegal for him to measure speed because of certain road's Grade.

Anyhow, so that's basically my morning. And by the way, the company's is like a ghost town. Everyone's taken today off. I don't have any PTO left so I gotta show up for ~half day :jestera:

I actually know every spot on the entire east side of 285 and 85 where cops are including Peachtree Ind. so I slow down before I get to them. I really have to get me one of those laser jammers. I'll probably go with Pro Park. I only been caught with radar once and I had a lot of tickets.

I wish I could have a laser jammer. I can't even have a laser detector in VA.

No clue, you may want to call up Blinder to see what's going on. May be it's because it's not balanced?

:

I didn't think that was illegal, I know in NC they can do pretty much anything, including dressing as construction workers, surveyers, parking behind signs, anything goes, even instagating a race in an unmarked car. but maybe GA different.

GSP (GA State Patrol) pretty much can have it anyway they want.

But for city cops, they can't do that :)

I should let everyone here know that I went to jail for 85 in 45 so I would slow down especially around the holidays.

Glad it worked out Kev. If I got a jammer I'd be one of the unlucky few to get caught with it. :(
