Ok finally home.

Bumper will have to be replaced.(Did someone say Nismo...got my fingers crossed).

Headlight cover is scratched.

Not sure what they'll do about my clear bra.

Fender clear bra is screwed and fender is scraped. Not sure what's going to happen with that.

sorry to hear that Jarvis. At least the damage isn't extensive and you weren't injured. Plus another opportunity to mod!

Man have fun with them. The times I'd dealt with them they are slow and all. The only good thing about is that they dont have their own estimators so they just outsource stuff with they need a estimate done. So with that, the indepedent appraisers/estimators just write for whatever bc its better to be a little higher than be low. I'll call you later and tell you more and what you should do:evilgri3:

Was waiting on you to step in here. Please give me a call sometime this w/e as I think I didn't save your number(I'm a dumbazz). Would really like to talk to you before I do the recorded statement thing. It was totally the other guys fault, plus he got the ticket(failure to yield during left turn), but not knowing anything about this company I don't want them trying to weasel out of responsibility because I misspeak or don't explain myself very well.

yea, better becareful when u give the report. I didn't know and screwed up 3 years ago when I got rear-ended. They didn't cover jack **** except for the car (which I lost all the $$ on aftermarket parts). Had to pay doctors and hospital bills out of my pocket expense. Freaking sux. Not to mention, I'm still hurting now from that accident.

Safeco is a large company based in Seattle. All insurance companies try to pay as little as possible.

Fortunately I wasn't hurt in any way so I really just want my car made whole again. There was a witness that stayed and gave a statement to the officer as well as giving me her contact info. She even added that she had been going the same direction as the dude and prior to him hitting me he was driving so erratic that he ran a red traffic light not 2 minutes before our accident.

It's always nice to have a witness. :director:

Very true, without the witness these fawkers(SafecO) were really going to try and screw me.
