Fastlane Import Auto Repair: ATK Designs Review

I'm usually into reviewing products, but at times, I find it great and useful to do reviews about sponsors and services offered.

Well you have it right, this one is about Fastlane Import Auto Repair.

Fastlane Import Auto Repair is specialized in servicing import vehicles such as Nissan, Infiniti, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Toyota, etc. John and his crew together has over 20 years of experience, especially in Nissan and Infiniti vehicles.

Fastlane's Customer Service is awesome. I contacted them a while back regarding the J-matic Transmission Flush for my G35 and he gave me a great deal. Not only that, I often contact him regarding other technical questions and he always had time to answer my call with great advice. Often enough, shops don't usually give out the secrets or advice unless the person is using their services. This is not the case for John. Regardless of who you are, and whether you're using his services or not, John openly helps everyone. This is what great customer service is about.

So today, September 27, 2008, I stopped by his shop to do the Transmission flush. While we're at it, he checked out my the brake problem I've been having. He spotted the problem right away and reach the same conclusion as other Master Technicians that look at my car before. He gave me a good deal on fixing the problem while we're at it.

Attention to detail and handling, Fastlane is very careful with the customer's property. I'm usually very detail and meticulous about handling my parts, so I always skeptical about who's doing what to my car. I always have to be next to people when they work on my car. But not in this case, seeing how John took care of my car, I'm relieved.

So there you have it, ATK Designs' take on Fastlane Import Auto Repair. I highly recommend it for anyone who's looking to get their vehicle serviced and maintenance. Oh don't forget, Fastlane can do your modification as well from Installing BBK, coilovers, Exhaust, etc., they're more than equipped with special tools for all your need.

so what was wrong with your brakes? was it the rotors?

If so, I would have sent them back. If you are paying that price for a set of brakes, they should be flawless when you receive them

John stayed uber late today to hook me up. All 4 rotors are warped, badly. I'll contact Rotora for more info.

Once again, mad thanks to John and Fastlane for the hardwork. He figured exactly what's wrong, and the cause. It was the bad wear of the inner part of the rotors (mostly) that cause the bad brake vibration and judders.

Btw, don't take the "Cons" points wrong. It's only subjected to my personal opinion. In no way I'm saying negative things about them. I have nothing negative to say about them at all. With such wonderful work they're doing, they should open a little later so more people can bring in the cars for services in the weekend :)

I can vouch for Fastlane as well... Even before John opened Fastlane, he was one of the very few people that I would allow to touch my car (especially if it required taking the wheels off).
